Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Gangakshi Pharmaceutical, we believe in complete customer satisfaction. Therefore, we go beyond the limits to satisfy the customers. If you wish to cancel any order, you can do it within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Reach out tosupport@gangakshipharmaceuticals.com to process the cancellation. Once the product is dispatched, cancellations are not possible and acceptable.

We accept returns only for the products which are damaged, defective, or found incorrect as per our specifications. However, please notify it to the customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. You must also share clear images of the product along with the invoice to process the return.

Once it is verified, we will process the refund within 7-10 days. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment. Make sure that we will not accept any return or refund for opened, used and perishable items.
